昨天聽到ICRT播這首歌，馬上去開了電腦看看他們網站上的歌名及是誰唱的，
一直覺得很耳熟，
昨天終於解惑，
而且，很適合用來放在今天^^

Steely Dan自1972年組團至今，一直是以Donald Fagen和Walter Becker二人為主要搭檔，團名取自美國文學大詩人William Burroughs的經典作品「裸體午餐」。


自 72年的首張專輯「Can't Buy A Trill」獲得滾石雜誌五顆星高評推薦後，Steely Dan便成為樂評界的寵兒。之後幾乎每年都有新作問世，不過合作10年後，1981年，兩人分道揚鑣，Donald Fagen追求個人演唱事業，直到1993年Becker在Fagen的專輯「Kamakiriad」中擔任製作，兩人才再度合作。而Fagen、 Becker的聯手是否意味史提利丹合唱團將重新出發？這一直是樂迷心中的疑問與企盼，1994年他們決定重組但卻沒有發行新專輯反而舉行了近20年來的第一場巡迴表演，結果樂迷反應熱烈，這次巡迴實況也以「Alive In America」為標題在1995年發行CD。2000年發行的「Two Against Nature 」是繼1980年的「 Caucho 」後最新錄音，雖然時隔20年，但所呈現出的依然是經過歲月淬練後的成熟內斂作品，獲得第43屆葛萊美獎『年度最佳專輯』、『最佳流行演唱專輯』、『最佳流行演唱團體』三項大獎。


Donald Fagen和Walter Becker以輕鬆的語調刻劃美國社會的眾生百態。在慵懶搖擺的爵士風格與銅管樂器編制下，Steely Dan可說是在七零年代裡，少數幾個在樂評和排行上都很出眾的一個團體。
